What you will do
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for enterprise suite products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large enterprise clients and expand existing accounts.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers and C-Suite executives.
- Lead the negotiation and closing of complex, high-value deals using an ROI-driven approach.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise software sales with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
- Demonstrated success in selling to C-Suite executives within large, multi-stakeholder organizations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including cloud, mainframe, and hybrid infrastructure.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within the Americas up to 50% of the time for client meetings and tradeshows.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
