What you will do

• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas through detailed sales campaigns.
• Build a robust pipeline via proactive prospecting and strategic networking.
• Cultivate and sustain high-level client relationships within the public sector.
• Analyze competitive landscapes to effectively position AI-driven solutions.
• Provide actionable product feedback to engineering and product teams.
• Navigate complex enterprise deal cycles and internal decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in commercial sales within a public sector or government context.
• Must be capable of holding a UK Security Clearance.
• Strong preference for candidates with an ex-police or government background.
• Demonstrable experience managing complex bid and stakeholder processes.
• Must be based in the UK or Germany.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in a second European language is highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Fluency in a second European language such as Polish.
• Deep understanding of cyber and physical security challenges in the public sector.
