TL;DR

Account Executive (AI): Managing and expanding a portfolio of new accounts across the Benelux region to drive adoption of conversational AI solutions with an accent on technical sales and relationship building. Focus on identifying new business opportunities, demonstrating the value of voice technology to stakeholders, and meeting revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Must be based in the Benelux region (remote-first) or able to work from offices in Dublin or London.

What you will do

  • Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI.
  • Identify new business opportunities where AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases and emerging trends.
  • Demonstrate the value of voice technology across customer support, virtual agents, and in-app assistants.
  • Partner with organizations to help them generate new experiences and monetization opportunities at scale.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch with a deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams is a strong plus.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Customer and product-driven mentality that prioritizes client satisfaction and scale.
