What you will do

• Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing within government and public sector organizations in Germany.
• Build meaningful partnerships and navigate complex procurement environments to deliver successful outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align solutions with government compliance requirements.
• Leverage the German public sector reseller ecosystem to navigate certifications and accelerate deals.
• Travel across Germany to attend relevant public sector industry events and conferences.

Requirements

• Proven track record in enterprise software sales within government or public sector organizations.
• Experience selling complex software platforms, ideally in AI, machine learning, data analytics, or BI.
• Strong ability to acquire new logos and drive significant net new revenue.
• Native or business-fluent German and excellent English proficiency.
• Must be based in Germany and willing to travel for client meetings and events.
• Deep understanding of tender processes and procurement frameworks.
