What you will do

  • Sell the hirify.global Enterprise Platform to Central Government and broader public sector customers.
  • Navigate government procurement processes, framework agreements, and buying criteria to drive opportunities to closure.
  • Provide account leadership and direction throughout the pre- and post-sales process.
  • Analyze wins and losses while maintaining a deep understanding of public sector mission objectives.
  • Travel to customer and partner sites as required (30% - 50% of the time).

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in selling enterprise software with a proven track record of hitting targets within the Central Government/Public Sector.
  • Ability to leverage established relationships within government departments.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for building trust with government stakeholders.
  • Must be based in England for territory management and onsite visits.
  • Ability to travel 30% - 50% to customer and partner locations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with open source, APIs, and/or infrastructure software.
  • Familiarity with public sector frameworks such as G-Cloud or Crown Commercial Service.
  • Experience working within fast-growing startups.
