What you will do

• Establish group KPIs, track performance, and distribute results on a real-time or scheduled basis.
• Define, implement, and test metrics across digital assets by partnering with product & technology and marketing.
• Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses using Segment, BigQuery, SQL, Looker, Python, R, and related tools.
• Perform data cleansing, transformations, and ad-hoc analysis across behavioral, marketing, revenue, and external data sources.
• Advance and automate existing reporting to reduce manual effort and support testing/optimization initiatives.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and support senior decision-making with analysis and presentations.

Requirements

• BA/BS required with a strong analytical/quantitative background (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of data analytics experience, with a strong preference for digital media web or subscription analytics.
• Experience with SQL and Python.
• Strong ability to communicate insights clearly (“tell a story with data”).
• Familiarity with enterprise web analytics systems and media/publishing industry experience (preferred).
• Some experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines.
