What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business challenges into data-driven insights, KPIs, and measurement strategies.
• Query and validate large-scale datasets using SQL in cloud environments like AWS Athena.
• Clean and transform complex datasets using Python (pandas, numpy) to perform cohort, funnel, and attribution analyses.
• Develop forecasting models for volume and business performance outcomes and apply statistical methodologies for A/B testing.
• Design and deliver custom data products, including reports and dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and analytical workflows.

Requirements

• Must be located in Colorado (CO) or Massachusetts (MA)
• 4-6+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or consulting analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (Athena, Snowflake, BigQuery) and Python (pandas, numpy).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and data governance practices.

• Advanced degree (Master’s or MBA).
• Experience in recruitment marketing, HR tech, or performance marketing.
• Proficiency in scikit-learn.
• Experience working with large-scale event or clickstream data and attribution modeling.
