Salary: $107,712 - $121,176 USD annually (United States); $145,552 - $163,746 CAD annually (Canada)

What you will do

• Produce recurring reporting for senior leadership, maintaining Monthly Business Review slides with KPIs and narrative context.
• Build and improve self-serve dashboards for teams like Philanthropy, ensuring clear definitions, quality checks, and documentation.
• Handle reporting requests from Philanthropy, translating needs into data pulls and timely outputs.
• Align metric definitions, reconcile discrepancies, and collaborate with data/engineering on issues.
• Create lightweight analyses for context like segmentations and funnel summaries, communicating in plain language.
• Improve workflows through templating, documentation, automation, and AI agents for real-time stakeholder queries.

Requirements

• At least 2 years in analytics, business intelligence, or related (internships/academic projects welcome).
• Solid SQL skills for querying, joining tables, and validating results.
• Experience building dashboards in BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Interest in AI tools like LLMs and building AI-driven analytics solutions.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and slide decks for clear metric presentation.
• Strong attention to detail, communication with non-technical stakeholders, prioritization, and cross-cultural competency.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Python or R for automation or analysis.
• Prior experience in education, nonprofits, or funder-facing reporting.
