Location: Hybrid role based in Milan, Italy (minimum 8 days/month in office)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and qualification to contract signature.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with law firm partners, general counsels, and legal operations leaders.
  • Collaborate with Legal Engineering to design impactful AI-driven demos and workflows tailored to client needs.
  • Map complex organizational structures to identify high-value use cases and navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees.
  • Deliver compelling business cases demonstrating ROI and strategic impact to C-level decision-makers.
  • Contribute to the refinement of the enterprise sales playbook and influence the product roadmap through market insights.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas in complex, high-value deals.
  • Native-level proficiency in Italian and fluent English (C1+) are mandatory.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex procurement cycles and influence cross-functional buying committees.
  • Experience selling into law firms, legal departments, or professional services.
  • Strong commercial instincts and confidence engaging C-level decision-makers.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Milan, attending the office at least 8 days per month.

Nice to have

  • Legal background (law degree or law firm experience).
  • Familiarity with legal tech or enterprise SaaS platforms.
