What you will do

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new consulting and reseller partners to expand the ecosystem.
  • Exceed sales and revenue targets by driving indirect sales through partner channels.
  • Design and execute joint business plans, including co-selling and demand generation activities.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level executives at partner organizations.
  • Provide regular training and enablement resources to ensure partner readiness.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive execution.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a channel-focused role.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic go-to-market plans with partners.
  • Strong ability to establish and nurture executive-level relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce for pipeline and forecast management.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Milan, Italy.
