What you will do
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new consulting and reseller partners to expand the ecosystem.
- Exceed sales and revenue targets by driving indirect sales through partner channels.
- Design and execute joint business plans, including co-selling and demand generation activities.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level executives at partner organizations.
- Provide regular training and enablement resources to ensure partner readiness.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive execution.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a channel-focused role.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic go-to-market plans with partners.
- Strong ability to establish and nurture executive-level relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce for pipeline and forecast management.
- Must be based in or able to work from Milan, Italy.
