TL;DR

Account Executive (Legal AI): Driving sales and adoption of an AI-powered legal platform among SMB and mid-market law firms with an accent on full-cycle sales management and client relationship building. Focus on articulating ROI for legal technology, managing inbound and self-sourced pipelines, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver tailored AI solutions.

Location: Must be based in Milan, Italy (Hybrid: minimum 8 days per month in the office).

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle for SMB and mid-market customers from discovery to close.
  • Handle inbound leads while proactively identifying new opportunities through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Legal Engineering to deliver tailored product demos and showcase AI use cases.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and legal workflows to drive sales.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and apply structured qualification to improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success to refine messaging and onboarding.

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in Italian and fluent English (C1).
  • 2–5 years of experience exceeding sales quotas in B2B SaaS, tech sales, or professional services.
  • Ability to articulate ROI and build compelling business cases for technology.
  • Structured and proactive approach to pipeline management and deal closing.
  • Curiosity for AI and its transformative impact on the legal profession.
  • Must be able to work from the Milan office at least 8 days per month.
