What you will do
- Execute detailed sales campaigns to meet quarterly and annual quotas.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and strategic networking.
- Cultivate and sustain valuable relationships with senior stakeholders in government and public sector organizations.
- Navigate and close complex enterprise deals while managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze the competitive landscape to effectively position the portfolio of AI solutions.
- Provide actionable product feedback to engineering and product teams to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in commercial sales within a Public Sector or Government context.
- Must be capable of holding a UK Security Clearance.
- Demonstrable experience in managing complex processes, including bids, sales, and account management.
- Strong preference for candidates with an ex-police or government background.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity and physical security challenges in the public sector.

- Fluency in a relevant second European language.
