Account Executive (Romanian Speaking): Own the full-cycle enterprise sales process, from prospecting to closing, for cyber threat defense solutions with an accent on 360 sales execution, partner collaboration, and presenting to CISOs and information security experts. Focus on building pipeline and closing the largest deals in a target-driven environment while working closely with technical experts and an SDR team.

Location: Hybrid (minimum 3 days a week in the London office), United Kingdom

What you will do

• Drive the full 360 enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and developing opportunities to closing deals.
• Establish and work with partners in the territory to generate and progress enterprise opportunities.
• Present and demonstrate hirify.global cyber threat defense solutions to CISOs and information security experts.
• Attend marketing events and security conferences to support pipeline creation and deal execution.
• Collaborate with in-house technical experts to deliver tailored threat defense demonstrations to key stakeholders.
• Work with a dedicated SDR team for lead generation while owning deal progression and outcomes.

Requirements

• Romanian: business fluent
• English: business fluent
• Previous B2B full lifecycle (full-cycle) sales experience at an enterprise level.
• Confident, polished communicator able to build strong, lasting working relationships.
• Motivated by uncapped commission and comfortable in a target-driven environment.
• Interest in cybersecurity and being tech-savvy; experience in a high-growth business environment or start-up is preferred.
