What you will do

  • Identify and develop strategic opportunities within large, complex enterprises to expand the footprint of hirify.global’s data and AI solutions.
  • Lead consultative, multi-threaded sales cycles involving C-level stakeholders and technical decision-makers.
  • Advise CDOs and CIOs on AI-readiness roadmaps and the integration of trusted data foundations.
  • Execute sales strategies using frameworks like MEDDPICC to navigate complex procurement and RFP processes.
  • Represent the company at industry events and executive briefings as a thought leader in data intelligence.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and ecosystem partners to drive joint value propositions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in complex SaaS sales, specifically within data, analytics, or AI sectors.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing seven-figure deals with Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Deep understanding of the data ecosystem, including governance, data quality, and AI application.
  • Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
  • Excellent executive presence and ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
  • Must be based in the UK with the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
