What you will do

• Own the lead-intake process for Scottish Government enquiries, including tracking, triaging, and progressing leads.
• Support the management of existing relationships and lead introductory engagements with potential public-sector customers.
• Manage framework administration and contractual paperwork, including NDAs and change requests.
• Coordinate marketing content, public-sector messaging, and campaign activities.
• Handle day-to-day engagement with framework partners and joint pipeline management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development (private sector) or experience working within the public sector.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and digital workflow systems.
• Familiarity with governance, documentation, or compliance processes.
• Must be based in or able to work from Edinburgh, UK

• Experience with public-sector procurement or frameworks.
