What you will do

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define and refine business requirements.
• Lead backlog refinement sessions to ensure user stories are prioritized and aligned with goals.
• Support sprint planning by preparing clear, structured requirements for development teams.
• Ensure all user stories include actionable acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Maintain documentation using tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Miro.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Strong knowledge of SCRUM methodology and Agile environments.
• Proven ability to work closely with product owners and development teams.
• Experience in backlog refinement and writing clear user stories.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, SharePoint, and Miro.
• Must be based in Portugal.
