What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and designers to understand and document client requirements.
• Produce process flows, customer journey maps, user stories, and functional/non-functional specifications.
• Participate in backlog grooming and prioritize epics and stories for technical teams.
• Conduct user testing and facilitate stakeholder show-and-tells.
• Assist the team in preparing for quality gates and assurance processes.
• Align project outputs with target operating models and service maps.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Demonstrable experience working as a Business Analyst in Agile delivery teams.
• Experience working within the Public Sector or Central Government.
• Proficiency in process modelling, customer journey mapping, and user testing support.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Mural, and Miro.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GDS or DSSS frameworks.
