TL;DR

Account Executive (Cybersecurity): Driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new SMB business while expanding existing accounts with an accent on consultative sales and relationship management. Focus on managing complex sales cycles, delivering tailored cybersecurity solutions, and maintaining accurate pipelines using Salesforce and Gong.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Lexington, MA (Hybrid)

Salary: $112,000–$168,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Hunt and secure new SMB clients through strategic prospecting and consultative sales.
  • Develop and expand existing accounts with cross-sell and up-sell strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, deliver precise forecasts, and close deals efficiently.
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers to address customer challenges.
  • Partner with internal teams and channel partners to deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Leverage sales tools to track performance and refine sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model and come on-site to the Lexington, MA office.
  • Proven experience in sales with expertise in SMB accounts and consultative selling.
  • Strong relationship-building, objection-handling, and entrepreneurial skills.
  • Proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce, Gong, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
