TL;DR

Strategy & Operations Associate (Commercial Analytics): Deliver data-driven insights for NORAM Commercial leadership, including commercial reporting, revenue forecasting support, and GTM operations. Focus on building dashboards and deep-dive analysis, operationalizing commercial strategy through process optimization, and leading cross-functional workstreams with Product, Marketing, and Finance.

Location: New York

Salary: 85,000–130,000 USD (estimated base salary)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain dashboards (Salesforce/Looker) to track commercial KPIs and productivity metrics.
  • Support the region’s revenue forecasting cadence and pipeline management process, ensuring data hygiene and accuracy.
  • Generate commercial reporting and deep-dive insights to drive leadership decision-making.
  • Assist GTM initiatives including sales territory planning, verticalization, and customer segmentation.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and help map the customer journey to improve efficiency.
  • Lead specific workstreams in cross-functional projects and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, management consulting, or revenue/business operations/strategy at a high-growth startup.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills: advanced Excel and comfort working with large datasets; experience with SQL and BI tools (Looker/Tableau) preferred.
  • Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly and influence decisions with data-driven recommendations.
  • Comfort collaborating with executives and leading cross-functional projects.
  • Advantageous: experience with sales forecasting, territory planning, customer journey mapping, and sales process.
  • Strong plus: Salesforce proficiency.
