Revenue Management Manager (US Commercial): Build and enable Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) tools, capabilities, and execution plans to unlock trapped value across Pricing, Promotion, Mix, Terms, and PPA with an accent on data/analytics-driven decision support and commercial action. Focus on leading analytics capabilities, standardizing pricing models, and partnering across Finance, Trade Marketing, Consumer Insights, Sales, and IT to improve US net revenue and margin.

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 (base salary range)

What you will do
- Champion SRM transformation in the US by embedding a strategic growth framework across categories with the US Leadership Team.
- Build long-term, data-rooted strategies and lead centralized business analytical capabilities to create an integrated growth model (priorities and glidepath).
- Develop and standardize pricing models, including dynamic scenario building, and build Mix Management capabilities to maximize brand/customer accretive rate delivery.
- Deliver SRM value (price/mix/margin) ahead of AOP targets and pilot/launch commercial planning ecosystem capabilities using integrated data, advanced analytics, and planning platforms.
- Partner with Finance, Trade Marketing, Consumer Insights, Sales, and local/global IT/Digital/Analytics teams to translate data into actionable commercial enablers impacting P&L and efficiency goals.
- Identify internal waste/inefficiency and drive best-in-class execution from business transformation efforts.
Requirements
- Strong ability to influence senior leaders and operate as an independent, fact-driven thinker.
- Advanced experience putting data at the center of business decision-making, with strong argument-building from multiple data sources.
- Technical skills: strong Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced analytics leadership experience; hands-on technical skills including SQL, DBMS, ETL, and Python and/or R (Tidyverse).
- Experience with ML and analytics/BI tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI (plus familiarity with tools like SPSS, STATA, Visio, MS Office).
- Ability to manage high complexity and deliver end-to-end thinking across commercial and analytical workstreams.
