TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Driving commercial growth and market expansion in the DACH region with an accent on outbound sales, pipeline management, and customer retention. Focus on building strategic client relationships, executing cold-calling campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale recruitment software adoption.

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid role)

Salary: €60,000–€90,000 per year

What you will do

  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
  • Present solutions effectively in both German and English to SMB and enterprise clients.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene using Salesforce.
  • Anticipate churn risks and implement proactive retention strategies.
  • Design and iterate on outbound sales playbooks and lead generation campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to maximize client value.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and strong English communication skills are required.
  • 2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive, SDR, or BDR, preferably in SaaS or Tech.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
  • Ability to own targets and drive strategic client development.
  • Must be comfortable with a hybrid work model based in Barcelona.

Nice to have

  • Experience in HR tech or the recruitment industry.
  • Additional language skills.
