TL;DR
Account Executive (SaaS): Driving commercial growth and market expansion in the DACH region with an accent on outbound sales, pipeline management, and customer retention. Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid role)
Salary: €60,000–€90,000 per year

What you will do
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
- Present solutions effectively in both German and English to SMB and enterprise clients.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene using Salesforce.
- Anticipate churn risks and implement proactive retention strategies.
- Design and iterate on outbound sales playbooks and lead generation campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to maximize client value.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and strong English communication skills are required.
- 2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive, SDR, or BDR, preferably in SaaS or Tech.
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
- Ability to own targets and drive strategic client development.
- Must be comfortable with a hybrid work model based in Barcelona.

- Experience in HR tech or the recruitment industry.
- Additional language skills.
