What you will do

• Be the main contact for partners in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, managing onboarding, implementation, and support.
• Design and deliver partner training programs to ensure readiness for selling and supporting hirify.global solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers to prioritize improvements based on partner feedback.
• Build long-term trusted relationships to maximize retention and satisfaction.
• Streamline partner support and operational processes for scalability.
• Contribute to building a high-performing partner ecosystem with continuous value creation.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (native or equivalent) and proficient in English
• 2+ years experience in partner or account management, preferably in SaaS or B2B.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills across diverse teams.
• Problem-solving skills to navigate technical and operational challenges.
• Detail-oriented and structured in handling contracts and processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment.
