Compensation: €52,500–€78,750 OTE (includes fixed salary, quarterly bonuses, and uncapped commissions)

What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market clients by evangelizing the platform model.
- Identify client pain points and present value propositions to build long-term partnerships.
- Execute account-based sales strategies to generate successful projects and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate reporting, metrics, and sales forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Analyze weekly performance to draw insights and refine account plans.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure high conversion and repeat rates.
Requirements
- 2-7 years of work experience in tech sales, technology consulting, or startups/scaleups.
- Strong hunting and farming ability to develop and maintain a customer portfolio.
- Familiarity with technical sector jargon and the startup ecosystem.
- Excellent communication skills for building relationships with technical profiles and C-level executives.
- Data-driven mindset with strong persuasion and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and ambitious approach to sales.
Nice to have
- Degree in engineering or a technical background.
- Existing portfolio of contacts at the C-level.
