Account Manager (SaaS)

TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS/Sustainability): Managing a portfolio of customers in the DACH region to maximize the value of sustainability ratings with an accent on customer success, relationship management, and sustainable procurement programs. Focus on ensuring operational KPIs are met, securing contract renewals, and collaborating with product teams to improve the solution.

Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid - 8 days a month from the office)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of up to 30 customers in the DACH region, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement.
• Partner with customers to integrate hirify.global into their sustainable procurement processes and tools.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with project managers, decision-makers, and executive sponsors.
• Develop and maintain detailed Account Plans and act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to secure contract renewals and support upsell opportunities.
• Provide feedback to the product management team to drive continuous improvement of the solution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer management, account management, or consulting in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in German and English (written and verbal) is a must.
• Formal education in Supply Chain, Sustainability, or Business.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Strong data analytical skills and experience developing Account Plans.
• Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Polish.
• Knowledge of procurement systems and SaaS.
