Location: Hybrid (8 days/month in London, UK)

What you will do

  • Oversee up to 80 comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital advertising, email, and webinars.
  • Develop audience targeting and segmentation frameworks to ensure campaign precision.
  • Manage search strategy including SEM and SEO initiatives in collaboration with external vendors.
  • Partner with product marketing and divisional leads to align strategies with business goals.
  • Monitor KPIs across digital channels and provide data-driven recommendations to boost ROI.
  • Utilize marketing technology platforms like Demandbase, Domo, and Google Analytics to track performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing strategy and campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM platforms, CRM systems (Salesforce), and marketing automation (Marketo/HubSpot).
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate results into actionable strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage risks and stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience using generative AI tools for content and campaign development.
  • Must be able to work hybrid in London, UK (8 days/month).

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in or familiarity with healthcare marketing.
