What you will do

• Manage affiliate marketing campaigns and promote CME content across various European regional geographies.
• Develop and execute end-to-end digital campaign strategies, handling localization and country-specific engagement.
• Build and deploy multilingual email marketing programs and member re-activation campaigns for diverse audiences.
• Lead website SEO strategy, including on-page/off-page optimization and monitoring performance via Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Adobe Analytics.
• Develop and implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to improve visibility in AI-driven search.
• Define and report on KPIs to provide actionable insights for future marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
• Proven experience executing marketing campaigns across European markets with a focus on localization.
• Expertise in SEO and performance measurement tools such as GSC, SEMrush, Moz, or Adobe Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• BA/BS degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience in Healthcare Professional (HCP) marketing or pharma brand promotion.
• Proficiency in an additional European language.
