What you will do

  • Employ AI technologies and hirify.global's Nova ecosystem to optimize business processes and marketing strategies.
  • Build strong client relationships through monthly check-ins, feedback, and opportunity sharing.
  • Guide account teams on comprehensive paid channel strategies, media planning, and connecting product, audience, and media.
  • Ensure QA processes, client performance targets (75% hitting goals), and data-driven insights with actionable reporting.
  • Lead client retention, contract renewals, service expansions, and manage a portfolio of $175K+ monthly recurring revenue.
  • Coach and develop teams on strategy execution, client conversations, storytelling, and emotional intelligence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline
  • 8+ years digital marketing experience in strategic planning, consumer insights, digital integration, and client services, ideally in agency
  • Minimum 5 years hands-on with paid advertising campaigns
  • Proven track record of high customer satisfaction scores
  • Extensive CRM or Marketing Operations experience (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, Hubspot)
  • Experience with business metrics like LTV:CAC, MER; campaign leadership in multi-channel environments
  • Ability to build executive relationships; self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit
