Director of Commercial Product Management (Fintech): Driving commercial strategy and revenue performance for the Performance Segment portfolio with an accent on GTM execution, channel partner enablement, and pricing optimization. Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in Kennesaw, GA; Coppell, TX; Princeton, NJ; Riverwoods, IL; or New York City, NY.

Compensation: $208,800 – $295,550

What you will do

  • Define and communicate the product vision and multi-year roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Own end-to-end revenue performance for the Performance Segment across direct and re-sale partner channels.
  • Develop and optimize GTM strategies, including pricing models, packaging, and promotional campaigns.
  • Lead partner enablement by providing sales collateral, training, and conducting quarterly business reviews.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to ensure roadmap delivery.
  • Represent the segment in internal strategy sessions and customer-facing industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, commercial strategy, or channel development in B2B software.
  • Proven track record of owning revenue goals, pricing strategies, and GTM execution.
  • Strong understanding of channel dynamics and partner relationship management.
  • Ability to lead through influence within a high-impact commercial leadership role.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity (8 days/month) at one of the specified US office locations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with tax software markets or seasonal sales cycles.
  • Background in high-volume/low-margin product portfolios.
  • Experience working with franchise networks or indirect channel partners.
