What you will do

• Drive the execution of product vision, strategy, and roadmap with a focus on innovation and speed to market.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and post-production improvements.
• Communicate product vision to internal stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact for sales and service teams.
• Partner with marketing to develop product positioning and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure all product offerings remain compliant with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of product analysts to drive measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, ideally in institutional financial services.
• Deep expertise in investment stewardship, proxy voting, or institutional product management.
• Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating complex concepts into actionable plans.
