TL;DR

Salary: $159,000 – $198,000 USD annually, plus bonus and equity

What you will do

  • Define and own the long-term product vision and strategy for the Payments and Risk domains.
  • Establish and track critical KPIs such as payments GMV, engagement, net take, and loss mitigation.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Risk teams to build scalable, secure, and reliable payments infrastructure.
  • Drive product execution across roadmaps to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Champion the integration of AI tools and modern development practices to increase team velocity and quality.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, including at least 7 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading large product teams in B2B SaaS or vertical SaaS environments.
  • Strong expertise in payments ecosystems (e.g., Stripe, Square, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of risk management, financial protections, and fintech compliance.
  • Experience building and scaling platform-level financial infrastructure systems.
  • Must be based in the United States.
