Salary: $183,600–$270,000 USD (based on location and experience).

What you will do

• Own the self-service domain roadmap, prioritization, and business outcomes end-to-end.
• Execute a rigorous experimentation engine to improve retention, resolution rates, and operational efficiency.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Support to drive decisions and resolve complex product challenges.
• Shape the broader member health strategy, including the integration of AI tools to improve support experiences.
• Represent the product area to executive leadership, including the CEO and COO.

Requirements

• 7+ years of consumer product management experience at a senior or lead level.
• Proven track record of owning a product domain end-to-end and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong growth instincts with experience in funnels, activation, and retention metrics.
• Ability to act as a decisive owner and influence stakeholders across Engineering, Support, and Housing.
• Fluency with AI tools to accelerate discovery, research, and specification cycles.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
