TL;DR

Compensation: $260,000–$290,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from pipeline generation to close and expansion.
  • Manage complex, multi-threaded deals involving privacy, legal, security, and IT stakeholders.
  • Build and execute rigorous territory and account plans to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Lead discovery to uncover business drivers and translate them into quantified business cases.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to win deals as a team.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual quotas in complex B2B SaaS sales.
  • Experience selling technical, multi-stakeholder solutions to senior leadership.
  • Command of modern sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to sell on value.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in privacy, data governance, security, or compliance software.
  • History of being an early or foundational enterprise seller.
  • Familiarity with modern GTM tech stacks including Salesforce and Gong.
