What you will do

• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and data engineers to analyze large-scale datasets regarding renter interactions.
• Build compelling data stories and provide actionable recommendations to influence product roadmap decisions.
• Partner with product leaders to develop strategies, evaluate opportunities, and identify risks or blockers.
• Proactively investigate data to uncover the underlying reasons behind key performance metrics.
• Develop and promote data products, including dashboards, frameworks, and reports, to improve internal visibility.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S. (with limited exceptions).
• Undergraduate or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as data science, engineering, economics, or statistics.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics or strategy roles with a track record of solving complex business problems.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Experience with event-based clickstream data such as Google Analytics.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex analyses for both technical and non-technical audiences.
