What you will do

• Analyze digital and social media data to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Create custom scorecards based on client goals to measure performance and present findings to stakeholders.
• Conduct ongoing social reporting and social listening to understand consumer-focused experiences.
• Identify underperforming areas and propose data-backed improvements to the consumer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address strategic and technical analytics questions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, data science, web strategy, or online marketing.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity at one of the specified US office locations.
• Demonstrated expertise in social reporting, social listening, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Technical skills in SQL, Python, R, and advanced Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for client-facing presentations.
