What you will do

• Analyze data to produce actionable insights and recommendations that drive product and business growth
• Lead product discovery by identifying user journey friction points and delivering evidence-based recommendations
• Build and maintain scalable data models using SQL to ensure reliable access to business-critical data
• Ensure data quality by diagnosing root causes of data issues and partnering with engineering to implement sustainable fixes
• Create and maintain dashboards in tools such as Looker or Hex to communicate clear visual narratives
• Design, analyze, and communicate A/B tests and experimentation results using statistical concepts

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, ideally in a product-focused and tech-driven environment
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and writing optimized queries
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and communicate them effectively via visualization tools (Looker/Tableau/Hex)
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation, including statistical methods (Statsig experience is a plus)
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicating findings clearly
• Hybrid work in Spain (Barcelona/Madrid/València) with remote work allowed up to 120 days within the EU, the UK, and Switzerland
