Senior Data Consulting Analyst (Real Estate Data)

Location: Dallas, TX; remote-hybrid

What you will do

• Advise Sales and Client Success teams during onboarding and post-sales engagements for high-profile bulk data clients.
• Evaluate complex customer requirements and design scalable solutions that balance impact, feasibility, and risk.
• Analyze product logic, data models, and algorithmic workflows to validate assumptions, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and extract specifications for custom and standardized data products.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing and validate specifications with stakeholders before market release.
• Collaborate with Product, Delivery, Order Management, and other cross-functional teams while mentoring junior analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, data science, engineering, mathematics, or a related analytical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in data-driven or technical consulting roles involving complex solution designs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications and build consensus across teams.
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced familiarity with Python, Tableau, and cloud platforms.
• Experience interpreting product logic, data models, and algorithmic workflows; knowledge of real estate, mortgage servicing, property insurance, or credit.
