What you will do

• Act as a primary technical partner for Sales and Client Success during onboarding and post-sales engagements.
• Architect scalable data solutions by evaluating complex, ambiguous client requirements.
• Perform deep-dive technical analysis of product logic, data models, and algorithmic workflows.
• Author detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and extract specifications for data products.
• Mentor junior analysts through reviews, playbooks, and hands-on guidance.
• Partner with Product, Delivery, and Order Management teams to align on dependencies and remove blockers.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US with the ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Dallas, TX.
• 7+ years of professional experience in data-driven or technical consulting roles.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to translate intricate business requirements into high-quality technical specifications.
• Strong domain knowledge in the real estate economy (e.g., mortgage, insurance, credit).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
