Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Shape data-driven strategies for top games, influencing product roadmaps and monetization.
• Analyze player behavior, economy trends, and product performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Design A/B tests and build predictive models for churn, LTV, and segmentation.
• Mentor analysts and present insights to senior leadership through storytelling and dashboards.
• Collaborate on improving data tools and pipelines while promoting data literacy.

Requirements

• Experience in analytics or data science roles within gaming, mobile apps, or digital products.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python for data exploration.
• Strong background in applied statistics and experimentation design.
• Demonstrated experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Excellent communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Must be able to work from the Barcelona office at least 2 days per week.
