Senior BI Data Analyst

TL;DR

Senior BI Data Analyst (BI): Building global, reliable reporting and data-driven insights for healthcare business stakeholders with an accent on end-to-end BI projects, global database usage, and automated reporting/visualization. Focus on translating SQL-derived facts into actionable recommendations and supporting advanced analytics work (including prediction/classification models) while working daily with Redshift, Tableau, and Airflow.

Location: 100% remote-friendly within Spain; remote or hybrid model with a hub in Barcelona

What you will do

• Derive facts from data and turn them into actionable insights, recommendations, and business decisions.
• Execute end-to-end BI projects and act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders.
• Use and develop a global database to support reporting and analysis.
• Create, automate, and visualize reports and analyses for top management and local teams (Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Customer Experience).
• Develop prediction/classification models using Python/R once independent in the role.
• Work daily with Redshift, Git, Tableau, and Airflow.

Requirements

• Must be able to work remotely within Spain.
• Demonstrable experience using SQL to derive actionable insights (must have).
• Experience with data visualization and storytelling using advanced BI tools (Tableau; Superset mentioned).
• Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics.
• Experience partnering with internal stakeholders and leading end-to-end BI projects.
• Very good level of business English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python/R and desire to expand skills.
• Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, or related field.
• Comfort working with many teams across different countries.
