What you will do

• Develop and execute a commercial partnerships strategy to acquire and retain SMB sellers.
• Negotiate and manage collaborations with ERP/IMS providers, marketplaces, and B2B SaaS tools.
• Drive the launch of API integrations and coordinate joint GTM and co-marketing activities.
• Build scalable frameworks for partner onboarding and performance measurement.
• Lead and grow a team including Sales Marketing and Community Management roles.
• Define and track KPIs for acquisition, retention, and ARPU growth from integrated sellers.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Strategic Sales in B2B SaaS or marketplaces.
• Proven track record of scaling commercial partnerships with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of API integrations and ecosystem business models.
• Previous leadership experience in direct people management or cross-functional initiatives.
• Fluent in English (C1+).
• German language skills are considered a plus.
