Agency Development Lead (DACH)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key agency groups and holding companies across the DACH region.
• Develop and execute quarterly and annual GTM strategies to grow agency partnerships and increase investment.
• Formulate, negotiate, and execute partnership and trading agreements with agency holding companies.
• Lead educational programs and training sessions to drive best practices for using the platform.
• Provide advertiser insights and market feedback to Product Marketing and Product teams.
• Partner with Sales on account planning to accelerate new business acquisition and growth of existing advertisers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in advertising, media partnerships, or agency development.
• Deep understanding of the agency and holding company landscape across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Proven success building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth through relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite agency decision-makers.
• Required to be based in Berlin or Hamburg.
