What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a global team of Regional Directors, Managers, and Technical Leads.
  • Define and establish best practices and methodologies for scalable solution deployment.
  • Oversee technical architecture design for complex cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
  • Manage project execution, capacity forecasting, and resource allocation across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Drive innovation by integrating AI, automation, and machine learning into service delivery models.
  • Serve as the technical escalation point for complex customer issues and support sales cycles.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT.
  • Significant experience leading technical teams in a Professional Services organization.
  • Expertise in hirify.global solutions or contact center technologies.
  • Strong background in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed architectures.
  • Proficiency in system integration, API design, and database technologies.
  • Willingness to work overnight hours to support Americas core business hours.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices including Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with contact center data analytics and real-time dashboards.
  • Understanding of network architecture including IP telephony and security configurations.
