hirify.global is a large shared services organization providing processing and contact center services to ING banks globally.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a large team of retail banking operations specialists.
  • Design and implement new operational processes and services, adapting operating models as the business matures.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and partners to ensure win-win negotiations and trust.
  • Ensure full compliance with Risk and Compliance procedures and manage internal/external audits.
  • Execute the organization's strategy and deliver annual budgets and service migration plans.
  • Identify and mitigate financial and non-financial risks within the service area to protect the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading large teams within Retail Bank Operations.
  • Ability to design and adapt operating models and organization designs.
  • Strong skills in risk management and compliance within a banking environment.
  • Experience in strategic planning and budget management.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Manila, Philippines.
