What you will do

• Own and evolve the end-to-end KYB lifecycle for B2B and B2B2C partners, ensuring robust regulatory compliance.
• Provide executive oversight for partner risk assessment, documentation governance, and escalation frameworks.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to remove onboarding friction.
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives to optimize support workflows and implement data-driven improvements.
• Build, scale, and mentor high-performing operational teams across onboarding and partner support functions.
• Own executive-level KPIs related to onboarding velocity, partner satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, Compliance, Legal, or Operations.
• 8-12+ years of experience in KYB/KYC, partner onboarding, or compliance operations within fintech or crypto.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing managers and scaling multi-layered teams.
• Deep expertise in AML, CDD, EDD, and regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven track record of driving large-scale process transformation and automation initiatives.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CAMS, CFE, or CRCM.
• Experience supporting regulatory audits, examinations, or compliance reviews.
