What you will do
- Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts with service and outsourcing owners.
- Establish and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on the ING Outsourcing Framework and global standards.
- Handle service-related escalations and identify root causes for prompt resolution.
- Prepare and present service performance and contract compliance reports to stakeholders.
- Oversee data governance activities to ensure accuracy and internal compliance.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Third-party risk management principles and service lifecycle.
- Proficiency in creating structured documentation and reporting using Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with risk and control frameworks and global standards.
- Experience working in a global team environment.
