What you will do

  • Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts with service and outsourcing owners.
  • Establish and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on the ING Outsourcing Framework and global standards.
  • Handle service-related escalations and identify root causes for prompt resolution.
  • Prepare and present service performance and contract compliance reports to stakeholders.
  • Oversee data governance activities to ensure accuracy and internal compliance.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Third-party risk management principles and service lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in creating structured documentation and reporting using Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with risk and control frameworks and global standards.
  • Experience working in a global team environment.
