Location: Hybrid (Manila, Philippines) - 2x a week in office

What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for clients regarding production support and relationship maintenance.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in hirify.global Dimension within agreed SLAs.
• Advise clients on configuration maintenance and enhancements to optimize system usage.
• Collaborate with global specialist teams to implement efficient client solutions.
• Support clients across APAC and EMEA time zones, including occasional weekend or holiday work.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management, funds management, or custodian services.
• Proven experience in the operation and support of front-to-back investment management solutions.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
• Must be able to work in APAC/EMEA shift hours.
• Must be based in Manila and available for a hybrid work arrangement (2x a week in office).
