What you will do
- Lead resolution of critical operational incidents as the single point of escalation.
- Execute Problem Management processes including Post-Incident Reviews and Root Cause Analyses.
- Plan and implement changes across hosted environments while ensuring governance and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate with global internal teams and external hosting partners to maintain service performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and refine operational processes.
- Share knowledge and best practices across the global organization.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of operational experience with mission-critical services.
- ITIL certification or equivalent practical experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience working within agile methodologies and global team environments.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Commitment to accountability and collaborative problem-solving.
