What you will do

• Lead resolution of critical operational incidents as the single point of escalation.
• Execute Problem Management processes including Post-Incident Reviews and Root Cause Analyses.
• Plan and implement changes across hosted environments while ensuring governance and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with global internal teams and external hosting partners to maintain service performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and refine operational processes.
• Share knowledge and best practices across the global organization.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of operational experience with mission-critical services.
• ITIL certification or equivalent practical experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience working within agile methodologies and global team environments.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Commitment to accountability and collaborative problem-solving.
