What you will do
- Define and implement CRM strategies to optimize customer retention and return rates.
- Maximize customer lifetime value through targeted communication programs.
- Lead the development of hyper-personalized campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS channels.
- Map and analyze the customer journey to identify and maximize business opportunities.
- Utilize consumer behavioral and transactional data to deliver actionable marketing insights.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM within mobile and web environments.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar ESPs.
- Strong SQL skills for data segmentation.
- Experience with HTML template creation and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of AmpScript for dynamic templates.
