What you will do
- Achieve new license revenue targets across the North Asia territory.
- Lead and mentor sales and presales teams through complex deal cycles.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve market position and brand awareness.
- Manage high-value accounts and build relationships with senior leaders in the fund industry.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure detailed information transfer to implementation teams.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in enterprise sales within the financial services or fintech sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead the full lifecycle of the sales process and manage high-stakes negotiations.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, including trading, risk management, and fund administration.
- Proven track record of building relationships with senior stakeholders at mutual, pension, and insurance funds.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and managing sales forecasts.
- Must be based in Hong Kong and able to work in a hybrid arrangement.

- Experience in identifying and exploiting new routes to market and partnerships.
- Strong industry acumen regarding OTC instruments, derivatives, and alternative assets.
