What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned OE accounts to ensure operational excellence.
• Execute account strategies to meet market share, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM stakeholders across purchasing and engineering.
• Coordinate product launches, engineering approvals, and supply readiness with internal teams.
• Provide customer insights and market feedback to contribute to strategic account planning.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking for assigned accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or OE/customer-facing roles.
• Proven experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
