Automotive Floorplan Territory Manager (Automotive)

Location: Remote, based in Beaumont, Texas, USA; home office in Houston, Texas. Travel greater than 75% with some overnight travel required.

What you will do

• Develop sales strategies to acquire and retain automotive dealership clients.
• Build relationships with dealership owners and decision-makers and present financing solutions.
• Service the automotive floorplan portfolio, monitor account performance, and resolve client concerns.
• Provide training and support on financing products and services while improving the customer experience.
• Assess dealership conditions, creditworthiness, loan balances, payment trends, and portfolio risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• English and Spanish bilingual proficiency required.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and strong financial acumen.
• At least 2 years of related experience in finance, sales, account management, or collections; a BA/BS and 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, collection, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to work remotely, travel, fly, and drive; a valid driver's license is required.
